We have the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion. We require proof of age for all customers.
These terms and conditions and the use of our website shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom. If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
We accept the following payment methods.
Credit and debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards online via PayPal and Pinwheel: Visa, MasterCard, Switch / UK Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit / Delta, and Electron cards.
We do not accept American Express cards.

If you are not satisfied with the items and inform us within 14 days of your receipt of the items, we will refund or replace the items. Items will need to be sent back for verification.
Visible damage, misuse, and wear & tear are not covered under warranty. Such products will only be returned to the sender and carriage costs invoiced and billed.
Returns are usually credited within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you as soon as the returns have been processed.
Some products may be sold on a 'Limited Warranty' basis. The terms of this warranty are usually stated within the product details. Any faults outside of the limitations are not covered.
Products sold on a 'no return' basis are not refundable. (unless the item has a true fault that is not described). This will be in the product description. The manufacturer may not offer a warranty as the items may be graded.
Any tampering with products will invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.
It is illegal to purchase any age-restricted products from our website if you are under the age of 18
We proactively enforce UK legislation preventing the supply of knives (This includes all bladed and cutting products), or slingshots to people under 18. Therefore, we ensure that all customers purchasing knives or slingshots are of legal age in the UK (18 years old).
When you place your order and it does not contain any age-restricted item, we do not require you to see your ID for proof of age.
If your order or part of your order contains an age-restricted item.
We are legally required to check a customer's age by UK laws. To confirm your age and identity, we require a legal document containing both a picture of you and detail of your date of birth this must be shown on your document i.e., a driver' License or Passport.
If you do not have a driver's license or Passport, we need to be able to find you on the public electoral roll using your exact name and address. This just involves searching the details you provide against a national database of over 18s. We must find an exact match at your address to use this method.
If any order appears to be an attempt to break the law or otherwise raise a concern, we reserve the right to contact the police, stating all your details. We also reserve the right to decline any order. If you try to repeat the order using different details after a refusal or a decline, you will be banned from ordering anything from us in the future.
We would also need to see their ID documents for gifts for family and friends.
Ways of providing your ID.
To supply us with the relevant ID, all you need to do is take a photo or scan your ID and then email it to us at email@example.com. We will then check your information. Once your age has been verified, we will then process your order. If you've ordered with us before, we won't need to check your ID again unless your address or any other personal details change.
Important note: if you place your order, but then refuse or are unable to abide by our age checks or do not provide proof of age on request, we do reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you. A 20% restocking fee which is capped at £5 will be deducted from your refund. This helps us to cover the costs of running our age checks.
All documentation received is deleted after the order has been processed.
We will only request proof of age once per customer. You are not required to prove your age again when another order is made under the same account to the same address with the same name. Your order will be processed automatically.
Your delivery address must be the same. If you change the address we will require identification again and details of the new address.
We accept a headed letter from any utility company, phone bill, bank statement, etc.
